 hip training for men aiming to support women and non-binary people and act
 ively advocate for gender equity at work.\nDr. Eugenia Bajet Mestre (Unive
 rsité de Neuchâtel) has already given several male allyship workshops at
  the University of St Gallen and ETH Zurich. Since it has been so popular 
 at ETH\, another workshop is offered.\nThis interactive workshop will help
  you:\n• Understand key Diversity & Inclusion facts and figures\n• Rec
 ognize and address (often subtle) biases\n• Navigate fears and responsib
 ilities around allyship\n• Practice real-world strategies to foster chan
 ge\nThe training includes an educational part\, group discussions\, and pr
 actical activities. Overall\, we aim to foster a safer space for reflectio
 n and discussion.\nThe training is free.\nTarget group: Men studying and w
 orking at ETH\nDate: Monday\, 19th of October\nTime: 13:30 - 18:30\nPlace:
