DESCRIPTION:We motivate the importance of Higgs boson pair production at th
 e High-Luminosity LHC and report on the status of higher order corrections
  to di-Higgs production in gluon fusion. In particular\, we present recent
  results on the two-loop electroweak corrections to this process and discu
 ss the sensitivity to anomalous Higgs couplings in Effective Field Theory 
 frameworks.
